RightsReady (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-assisted document generation tool for private landlords in England. By accessing or using the RightsReady service you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms you must not use the service.
You should always have documents reviewed by a qualified solicitor before serving them, particularly for notices with legal time limits (Section 8, Section 13). Legislation changes frequently; it is your responsibility to verify that any document complies with current law before use.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use RightsReady. By registering an account you warrant that this is the case.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@rightsready.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
RightsReady offers the following tiers:
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing an annual subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method annually until you cancel. Pay As You Go credits are a one-off purchase and do not auto-renew.
Annual subscriptions renew at the end of each 12-month billing period. You may cancel at any time via the Billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date — the service remains active until then and no partial refunds are issued. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
You must not use RightsReady to:
RightsReady and its underlying technology, branding, and interface are our intellectual property. Documents you generate are yours to use for your own landlord/letting purposes. You may not use documents generated by the service to train AI models or to build competing products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RightsReady and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. We maintain documents against current English landlord law and update them when legislation changes. However, legislation can change between review cycles. You must verify that any document reflects current law before serving it, and we recommend consulting a qualified solicitor for any non-routine situation.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to that processing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a banner in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
